CIRMS Conference Abstract Submission Form
The deadline for abstract submissions for the 2021 CIRMS Virtual 28th Annual Meeting is:

We invite you to submit an abstract for our CIRMS 2021 annual virtual meeting for poster presentation. The slots for poster presentations are unlimited and the submission deadline is March 16, 2021. Submitted abstracts will undergo a peer review coordinated by the Executive Committee Members. Authors will be notified of acceptance and will be required to be at the conference.
Please SUBMIT ONLINE an abstract that does not exceed 300 words, or email directly to Ms. Renata Freindorf (CIRMS contact for abstract submissions).

Poster Session Guidelines
All materials must be confined to:
4-foot-high by 3-foot-wide display board
All posters should include the following:
Title
Authors and affiliations
Abstract
Introduction
Background
Results / Data
Conclusions
Future Directions
References
Acknowledgements
Authors must mount their poster during the one hour before the scheduled session start. Pushpins will be available at the poster session. Authors must remain with their posters for the duration of their scheduled session as indicated in the technical program. All posters must remain up until the session ends.
